By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Paramparabyneelam is a proprietorship business based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, engaged in the sale of women's clothing through its website.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "Paramparabyneelam," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Paramparabyneelam, and "you," "your," "customer," and "user" refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, or data.
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content without our written permission.
Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Attempt to interfere with the normal functioning or security of the website.
Misuse our exchange, return, cancellation, or promotional policies.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website or account where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated.
3. Customer Account
Customers are required to create an account to place an order on our website.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
If you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization, you should contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate information or accounts that are suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other technical factors.
Minor variations in colour, print, texture, or appearance may occur and shall not automatically be considered a product defect.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update any product at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where the order has been affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.
In case a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and inform the customer.
6. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s).
An order will be considered accepted only after successful confirmation by Paramparabyneelam.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in circumstances including:
Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Technical or payment-related issues.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount may be refunded or otherwise resolved at our discretion, subject to the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Payment
We currently accept online payments through available payment methods, which may include:
UPI
Credit/debit cards
Net banking
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment gateways, banks, or other third-party payment service providers.
8. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 6 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after 6 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or prepared for dispatch.
To request cancellation, customers should contact our customer support as soon as possible.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer will be required to follow the applicable exchange/return policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver products within India only.
The estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 10 days, depending on the delivery location, courier service, and other circumstances.
We provide shipping at no additional shipping charge under normal circumstances.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, transportation issues, or incorrect customer information.
Incorrect Address or Customer-Caused Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If additional delivery charges arise because of:
Incorrect or incomplete address;
Incorrect phone number;
Customer-requested delivery changes;
Refusal to accept the package;
Failure to receive the package;
Repeated delivery attempts caused by the customer; or
Any other issue attributable to the customer,
the customer may be required to pay the additional delivery or re-shipping charges.
Where a delivery issue occurs due to an error attributable to Paramparabyneelam, we will bear the applicable additional delivery charges.
10. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery.
Exchanges are permitted only in case of size-related issues.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
Be unused and unworn.
Not have been washed or altered.
Have all original tags attached.
Be in its original packaging.
Be in the same condition in which it was received.
Mandatory Unboxing Evidence
A continuous unboxing video of at least 15 seconds is mandatory for exchange requests.
The video should clearly show the package being opened and the product received.
Customers must also provide clear photographs of the product and packaging when submitting an exchange request.
Requests without the required video and photographs may not be accepted.
Physical Verification
Submitting an exchange request does not mean that the exchange has been approved.
All exchange requests are subject to physical receipt and verification of the product by Paramparabyneelam.
The exchange will be finally approved only after we physically receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets the applicable exchange conditions.
Where an exchange is approved, Paramparabyneelam will process the exchange in accordance with product availability and our applicable exchange procedure.
11. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case the product is received damaged.
A customer must notify us of a damaged product within the applicable return period and provide:
A continuous unboxing video of at least 15 seconds.
Clear photographs of the product.
Clear photographs of the packaging and visible damage.
Any other information reasonably requested by Paramparabyneelam.
The damage should be clearly identifiable from the submitted evidence.
Physical Verification of Returns
A return request is not considered finally approved merely because the request or evidence has been submitted.
The product must be physically received by Paramparabyneelam and inspected.
The return will be finally approved only after we physically receive and verify the product and confirm that the reported damage is genuine and that the product meets the applicable return conditions.
After an approved return, Paramparabyneelam may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, store credit/credit note, refund, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances of the case.
There is no automatic entitlement to a cash refund.
12. No Cash Refund Policy
Paramparabyneelam does not provide cash refunds as a general exchange or return option.
Any resolution for an approved return will be determined by Paramparabyneelam based on the circumstances and applicable policy.
13. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
Except where required by applicable law, products that do not satisfy the conditions specified in our Exchange & Return Policy may not be accepted.
Products that have been:
Worn;
Washed;
Altered;
Damaged after delivery due to customer handling;
Returned without original tags or packaging; or
Returned without the required evidence,
may be rejected.
14. Fraudulent Orders and Policy Abuse
We take fraudulent activity and misuse of our policies seriously.
We reserve the right to investigate transactions, accounts, exchange requests, return requests, and payment activity where we reasonably suspect:
Fraudulent transactions.
Multiple or fake accounts.
False damage claims.
Manipulation or misuse of unboxing videos or photographs.
Repeated or abusive exchange/return requests.
False information.
Payment fraud.
Any other misuse of our website or policies.
Where fraudulent or abusive activity is identified, we may cancel orders, refuse exchanges or returns, suspend or terminate accounts, and take appropriate legal action where necessary.
The customer may also be responsible for losses, costs, or expenses incurred by Paramparabyneelam as a result of fraudulent or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website, including but not limited to:
Brand name and logo;
Website design and layout;
Product photographs;
Graphics;
Text;
Product descriptions;
Designs and creative content;
Videos;
Marketing material; and
Other website content
is owned by or lawfully used by Paramparabyneelam and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Our trademark rights and other intellectual property rights are reserved.
Our product designs and related materials may be created by us or sourced from vendors with whom we have the necessary rights or permissions to use such materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including payment gateways, courier companies, technology providers, hosting providers, and other service providers.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Subject to applicable law, courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the website.
