4. Colours & Appearance

Reasonable colour variations may therefore occur.

5. Pricing & Availability

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to availability and may be changed from time to time.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated as required during the purchase process.

Placing an order does not guarantee product availability until the order has been successfully accepted and processed by Parampara by Neelam.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or other genuine operational issue, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate resolution will be provided.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Order processing begins after the 24-hour cancellation period.

Once the cancellation window has expired and the order enters processing, cancellation will no longer be available, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

7. Exchange & Return

Eligible exchange and return requests must generally be raised within 3 days of delivery, in accordance with our published Exchange & Return Policy.

Parampara by Neelam currently provides eligible exchanges for circumstances including size issues and design preference, subject to the conditions stated in our Exchange & Return Policy.

For eligible design-preference returns, where applicable, the approved amount may be provided as Parampara Store Credit / Wallet Credit instead of a cash refund.

Cash refunds are not provided for change of mind, design preference, size preference or other voluntary preference-based returns.

This does not restrict remedies that may be available to a consumer for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods under applicable law.

8. Unboxing Evidence

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning before the sealed package is opened and to retain photographs of the product and packaging.

Unboxing videos and supporting photographs are required under our Exchange & Return Policy for verification of exchange and return claims.

Any such requirement will be administered subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

9. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on Parampara by Neelam.

Orders must currently be completed using the prepaid payment methods made available on the website.

Parampara by Neelam may introduce COD for selected eligible customers in the future based on internal eligibility criteria, including purchasing and order history.

Any future availability of COD does not create an entitlement to COD for every customer or order.

10. Payment

Payments made through the website may be processed by authorised third-party payment service providers.

Parampara by Neelam does not control independent banking networks, card networks, UPI services or third-party payment gateways and cannot be held responsible for delays or technical failures occurring solely within those external systems.
