Order Processing Time

Order processing begins after the 24-hour cancellation window has been completed.

Once the cancellation period has expired, orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

Once the order has been dispatched, available tracking details will be shared with the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeline begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include the initial 24-hour cancellation period or order-processing time.

Delivery to remote, rural or difficult-to-service locations may take additional time.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

This 24-hour period is provided so customers have sufficient time to review their order details and request a cancellation if required.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, the order will enter processing and cancellation will no longer be available.
