Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are applicable only in case of size issues.

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible requests will be processed as per our exchange policy.
Unboxing Video Required: A 15-second continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange or return request. The video must clearly show the package being opened.

Photos Required: Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging along with the unboxing video.
Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged.

Physical Verification: All return and exchange requests are subject to physical inspection of the product upon receipt. The return or exchange will be fully approved only after we physically receive and verify the item.

Damage Claims: Any damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video and supported with relevant photos.

Non-Compliance: Exchange or return requests without the required unboxing video and photos may not be accepted.

Important: Submission of a return or exchange request does not guarantee approval. Final approval will be given only after the product is physically received and successfully verified by our team.
