Refund policy

At Parampara by Neelam, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.( when the order is delivered to the customer)

Size exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.

The product must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup or alterations
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition

Clear photographs of the product and packaging may be required before the exchange request is approved.

Only one size exchange per order will be permitted.

Returns

Returns are accepted only when:

  • The product is received damaged
  • An incorrect product is delivered
  • An item is missing from the package

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour/design, or personal preference.

Unboxing Video for Damage or Incorrect Item Claims

For claims relating to damage, an incorrect product or a missing item, a continuous and unedited unboxing video is required.

The video should:

  • Begin before the package is opened
  • Clearly show the sealed package
  • Show the complete opening of the package without cuts or pauses
  • Clearly show the product and the claimed issue

Please also provide clear photographs of the product, packaging and affected area.

Claims where the issue cannot be reasonably verified may not be approved.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for size exchanges or change-of-mind requests.

Approved damaged or incorrect-product claims will be resolved according to the applicable replacement/return resolution offered by our team.

Physical Verification

All approved exchange and return requests remain subject to physical inspection once the product reaches us.

Final approval will be provided only after confirming that the returned product meets the conditions mentioned in this policy.

If the returned item is found to have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original tags/packaging, the request may be rejected.

Important

Submitting an exchange or return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Each request is reviewed based on the information provided and, where applicable, physical verification of the returned item.
